  • ANSI/NISO Z 39.48 archival paper resists yellowing
  • 32 lb paper weight prevents bleed-through
  • Three notebooks per pack for extended use

All Weather Notebook 971

The Rite in the Rain 971 notebook uses Field Flex cover material and Polydura backing to resist moisture and wear. Universal ruling on tan paper suits field notes, sketches or logs. Each pack contains three notebooks for extended use in demanding outdoor or industrial environments.

Capacity and headroom

Thirty-two pound paper weight provides a sturdy writing surface that accepts pencil or pen without bleed-through. The compact 3-1/4 by 4-5/8 inch sheet size fits pockets or small pouches. Users needing more writing area per page or a larger page count will find the format restrictive.

ANSI/NISO Z39.48 standard compliance

Paper meets ANSI/NISO Z39.48-1992 (R2002) permanence requirements for long-term record keeping. The non-wire binding eliminates snag hazards and metal corrosion. Notebooks lacking this archival rating or using wire bindings may degrade faster or catch on gear.
