Game Overview

The Legacy is a cooperative survival horror adventure from developer Second Reality and publisher RockGame SA. Players join up to three companions to explore a cursed Carpathian town haunted by a family pact made in 1990. The game releases on PC via Steam on October 08, 2025 and requires a Steam account for activation.

Solo to Co-op Shift

Unlike single-player horror titles, this experience is built around four distinct characters whose skills must complement each other to survive. The jump is worth it for groups wanting shared resource management, fire-building against autumn cold, and stamina mechanics that change with each protagonist. Solo players lose the core design intent of coordinated roles.

Platform and Language Limits

The Steam DRM ties activation to Valve's ecosystem and an internet connection. Menus and subtitles cover eleven languages including English, French, German, Polish, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Italian and Portuguese-Brazil. Buyers without a Steam account or stable connectivity cannot play.
