ROKR 84-Piece 3D Mechanical Music Box Kit Starry Night

Mechanical Orrery Music Box

This 84-piece wooden kit builds a working orrery that plays the tune "Memory" when the T-key is wound. The model displays revolving stars and planetary circles in colorful acrylic, combining a mechanical gear display with a music box. It is intended for hobbyists aged 14 and older who enjoy hands‑on construction and decorative desktop models.

Assembly Requirements

The kit contains all necessary parts and illustrated instructions; no external tools, glue or power source are mentioned in the supplied data. Builders should allow roughly three hours for completion and be comfortable following step‑by‑step diagrams. It is not suited for anyone who prefers a pre‑assembled ornament or lacks the patience for a 4‑star difficulty project.

Operation and Maintenance

The mechanism is powered solely by a wind‑up spring, so it produces no electrical noise and draws no power from an outlet. In normal use the gears rotate quietly while the melody plays, and the finished model serves as a static decorative piece when not wound. No cooling, lubrication or battery replacement considerations apply.
