Portable Bluetooth Label Maker

The Rongta R5 is a pocket-sized thermal label printer that connects to iOS or Android devices via Bluetooth and prints without ink. It ships with one roll of white label paper and a charging cable, and the built-in rechargeable battery supports extended mobile use. The companion R Label app supplies more than 90 fonts, 350 materials and templates for text, QR codes, barcodes, images, time stamps and borders.

Home organisers and mobile small-business users

This printer suits anyone who needs quick, single-colour labels on the move and is comfortable designing them on a smartphone. It is not for buyers who require direct USB or Wi-Fi connection to a desktop computer, colour printing, or continuous high-volume output beyond the supplied roll.

12 mm thermal print width at 203 DPI

The maximum printable width is 12 mm and the resolution is 203 DPI, which together define the label size and sharpness this unit can produce. If your workflow demands wider labels, higher resolution or multi-colour output, this specification will not meet those needs.

Questions about this item

What does 203 DPI mean for label readability?

The 203 DPI thermal print head produces sharp black text, QR codes and barcodes on 12 mm or 14 mm wide labels without ink.

How does the Bluetooth connection work in practice?

Pair the printer with the R Label app on iOS or Android, then send templates wirelessly; the device does not connect to computers.

What size roll fits the printer and how is it loaded?

It accepts 12 mm x 75 mm or 14 mm x 40 mm thermal rolls; open the cover, drop the roll in with print side down, and the auto-rewind feeds it.
