USB-Powered Party Light

The Rosewill JD-1015 is a USB-powered party light that projects disco ball, star and ring effects across a 600-square-foot area. It draws 10 watts through a 120-inch USB cable and offers 360-degree manual rotation for flexible placement on tables, walls or ceilings. A remote control selects automatic modes, sound-activated patterns, strobe effects, rotation speed and timer settings.

Indoor Events Only

This light suits indoor gatherings such as birthdays, weddings, karaoke nights and holiday parties where a compact, plug-and-play effects unit is wanted. It is not for outdoor installations, permanent architectural lighting or venues that require DMX control, weather-resistant housings or higher-output projection.

10 W USB Power Draw

The fixture operates from any standard USB port at 10 watts, so it can run from power banks, laptop ports or wall adapters without a dedicated mains lead. Buyers must confirm their USB source can supply sufficient current for continuous operation.

Questions about this item

How bright is the 10 W output across a 600 sq ft area?

The 10 W LED array projects disco ball and green starlight patterns with a maximum illumination coverage of 600 square feet, suitable for indoor party venues.

What does the 120-inch USB cable power and what are its limits?

The 120-inch USB cable powers the light from any standard USB port; it is a corded electric supply with no battery, so the unit must remain plugged in during use.

What mounting options does the 360° adjustable unit need?

The manually adjustable 360° rotation lets you place the light on a table or install it on a wall or ceiling, requiring only a flat surface or mounting hardware for the chosen orientation.
