50 ft Permanent Outdoor String Lights

These Rosewill KSIPZE lights are designed for year-round eave and roof decoration on residential properties. The 50-foot corded electric strand uses LED technology and carries an IP67 rating for the light units themselves. Homeowners seeking permanent holiday and ambient lighting will find the UV-resistant plastic construction suited to continuous outdoor exposure.

App Remote and Button Control Changes

Three control methods let users adjust 16 million colours and 200 dynamic scene modes from a smartphone, a handheld remote, or the onboard button. The app enables precise colour selection and custom scene creation, while the button and remote provide quick mode switching without a phone. This flexibility means the same installation serves everyday accent lighting and seasonal themes without rewiring.

IP67 Lights IP65 Control Box Capacity

The light string withstands rain, snow and heat thanks to its IP67 waterproof rating, while the control box is rated IP65. Triangular lens optics project beams that wash walls to a depth exceeding 20 inches, creating visible architectural highlights. The 50-foot length covers typical single-storey eave runs; larger perimeters or multi-storey facades will require additional strands. Installation hardware includes adhesive tape and screws for permanent mounting.

Questions about this item

Will the LED diodes or the IP67-rated light housings need replacement after continuous outdoor exposure?

The LEDs are built into sealed IP67 housings rated for year-round rain, snow and UV exposure, so the light units themselves are not a replaceable part.

What is the first limit reached when the string runs all day — the 200-scene memory or the controller thermal threshold?

The controller is rated IP65 and designed for continuous operation; the 200-plus scene modes are stored in firmware and do not fill up or throttle during extended use.

How much heat or fan noise does the control box produce when the lights stay on for 10-plus hours?

The IP65 control box has no fan and runs cool enough for all-day operation; only the low-voltage LED string emits a slight warm glow.
