Indoor RGB Strip Kit

Rosewill 32.8 ft LED strip lights include 160 RGB LEDs driven by a 36 W, 12 V 5 A power supply. A 40-key infrared remote and a high-sensitivity microphone enable music-sync colour changes, brightness adjustment and timer schedules. Self-adhesive backing allows tool-free mounting on any dry, smooth surface.

Best for decorative accent lighting

Suits renters, students or homeowners wanting plug-and-play mood lighting for bedrooms, TV backlighting, kitchens or party spaces without permanent wiring. Not suited for buyers who need weather-rated outdoor runs, hard-wired architectural installations or DMX / smart-home bus integration.

Music-sync microphone and 40-key IR remote

The built-in microphone drives real-time colour animation from any audio source, while the 40-key remote provides direct access to static colours, dynamic modes, brightness levels and on/off timers without requiring a smartphone app. This control combination decides whether the kit matches the desired interaction style.

Questions about this item

What surface type and length of strip does the self-adhesive tape support?

The 32.8 ft strip uses self-adhesive tape that adheres firmly to any dry, smooth surface; arrows on the strip must line up on the same line during connection.

How do you pair the 40-key remote and app, and what alignment step is often missed?

Plug in the 12V 5A power supply, point the IR remote at the receiver, and ensure the arrows on each strip segment are connected on the same line — misaligned arrows break the signal chain.

How long are the LEDs rated to run before replacement, and what parts are covered?

The 160 LEDs draw 36 watts; the kit includes a 3-month free replacement period and 1-year parts and labor coverage for the strip, adapter, and remote.
