Complete Neon Party Kit

The Rosewill Party Garland0918 UV Neon Garland Kit delivers 540 feet of blacklight-reactive decorations including streamers, garlands, balloons and paper fans. Designed for indoor celebrations, the kit uses neon paper that fluoresces under UV light to create a vibrant glow atmosphere. Everything arrives new and ready to hang for birthdays, weddings or seasonal events.

Indoor Event Organisers

Party hosts who want an all-in-one fluorescent decoration set for blacklight parties will find the variety of streamers, star garlands, round-dot garlands, rectangle strips, swirl streamers and star ornaments convenient. Buyers needing weather-proof outdoor lighting or permanent installed fixtures should look elsewhere because the paper material and indoor-only rating limit use to dry interior spaces.

Ready-to-Hang Variety

The bundled assortment eliminates separate shopping trips by supplying 37-foot star garlands, 37-foot round-dot garlands, 30-foot rectangle strips, 34-foot swirl streamers, 407-foot long streamers, eight star ornaments, 120 balloons and six paper fans in one package. Mixed colours and multiple formats let decorators cover ceilings, walls, windows and furniture without sourcing additional components.

Questions about this item

What type of light source do I need to make the 540 ft neon streamers glow?

You need a UV black light; the paper streamers only fluoresce under that specific purple light and will not glow in ordinary darkness.

Can I mix the 37 ft star garland and 407 ft long streamers with my existing incandescent party lights?

Yes, the garland and streamers are passive paper decorations, so they can hang alongside any powered lights without electrical conflict.

How can I verify the kit is complete after unpacking?

Count the components: 2 star garlands, 2 round-dot garlands, 2 rectangle strips, 10 swirl streamers, 4 rolls of long streamers and 8 star ornaments.
