Retail capacity

The Royal 2000ML cash register supports 7000 price look-ups, 40 clerks and 200 departments. It suits busy retail or hospitality sites that need fast item retrieval and multi-operator tracking. A built-in SD card slot allows data backup and report transfer without extra hardware.

Thermal operation

Thermal printing removes the need for ink ribbons, reducing consumable cost and mechanical noise during transactions. The printer runs quietly at the counter and draws minimal power in normal use. Antibacterial keys add a hygiene benefit for shared environments.

Cash handling accessories

The drawer provides four bill compartments and five coin compartments for organised float management. A removable coin tray speeds end-of-day reconciliation. Four programmable tax tables handle varied rates automatically. Memory protection preserves sales data during power interruptions.

Questions about this item

How do I insert the SD card and which step is often missed?

Push the card into the SD card slot until it clicks; the step often missed is enabling the memory protection feature so sales data is saved to the card.

Which part of the Royal 2000ML will need replacement after heavy daily use?

The thermal print head and paper roll are the consumables that wear out first; the removable coin tray and antibacterial keys are built for long service.

What is the first capacity limit reached during a long trading day?

The 4 bill compartments and 5 coin compartments fill up before the 7000 PLU, 40 clerk or 200 department limits are reached.
