Product identity

The Royal Black Racing Trac is a 235/45R18 high-performance all-season tire built for passenger cars. It carries a 98W XL load and speed rating for drivers who want year-round grip in a single set.

Capacity and headroom

The tire supports a load index of 98 and is speed rated to 168 mph, giving ample headroom for spirited highway driving. Its UTQG treadwear rating of 420 indicates moderate wear life, while the all-season compound handles wet and dry roads but is not designed for severe winter conditions.

Thermals noise and power

The asymmetric tread pattern with wide circumferential grooves evacuates water to reduce hydroplaning risk and maintain stable contact patch temperatures. A 7/32 inch tread depth and reinforced XL construction help limit road noise and rolling resistance during everyday use.
