Royal Black SL101 245/70R19.5 G 14 Ply tire

Tire size and load range

The Royal Black SL101 is a 245/70R19.5 highway tire built for commercial medium and heavy trucks. It carries a load range G rating with a 14 ply construction and a dual load index of 133/131. The all-season tread design handles varied weather conditions on steer axles.

Suits steer axle duty; not for off-road

This tire fits fleets that need long wear on paved highways and consistent steering response. Buyers who need deep traction for mud, gravel or construction sites should look at something else. The highway tread pattern is not designed for aggressive off-road use or severe winter traction demands.

Load range G 14 ply rating

The single specification that decides fitment is the load range G 14 ply rating combined with the 245/70R19.5 size. This determines whether the tire matches the vehicle's gross axle weight rating and rim width. Verify both numbers against the manufacturer's placard before purchase.
