Critical fitment check: 14-inch rim diameter

Confirm the vehicle requires a 14-inch rim before ordering, as this tyre will not mount on any other diameter. The overall diameter measures 23.5 inches and the section width is 185 mm. Only the listed size description 185/65R14 86H XL guarantees correct fitment.

Questions about this item

What rim diameter must my wheels have for the 185/65R14 tyre to fit?

The tyre is built for a 14 inch rim; only wheels with that exact diameter will accept it safely.

Can I run this XL rated tyre alongside standard load tyres on the other axle?

The XL rating means a higher maximum inflation pressure; mixing it with standard load tyres can unbalance handling and is not recommended.

How do I confirm the tyre is wearing evenly after the first few hundred miles?

Check the tread depth across the 185 mm section width; even wear shows the same 7/32 inch depth on inner, centre and outer ribs.
