12-Bushel Knock-Down Basket Truck

This knock-down basket truck provides 12 bushels of capacity for moving bulk material around a yard or job site. A removable red vinyl liner protects the hardwood base and steel frame while keeping contents contained. The unit ships unassembled for compact storage and transport.

Removable Red Vinyl Liner

The liner lifts out for quick dumping and cleaning without tools. Vinyl construction resists moisture and abrasion better than bare wood, extending the service life of the 36-by-26-inch hardwood base. Red colour improves visibility on busy sites.

600-lb Load Capacity with 14.9-cu-ft Volume

The truck handles up to 600 lb of soil, mulch, or debris within its 14.9-cubic-foot interior. Rubber wheels roll over rough ground, but the fixed 34-inch overall height may limit doorway clearance. Not suited for loads exceeding the rated capacity or for narrow passages under 26 inches wide.

Questions about this item

How often will the removable vinyl liner need replacing under heavy daily use?

The red vinyl liner lifts out for cleaning or replacement without tools, and the hardwood base resists splintering so the liner typically lasts multiple seasons before wear requires a new one.

Which component reaches its limit first when the truck is loaded to the 600 lb capacity day after day?

The 600 lb load rating is governed by the steel frame and rubber-tired wheels; the hardwood base distributes weight evenly, so the wheels and axle bearings are the first parts to show fatigue under continuous maximum loads.

How much heat or noise does the truck generate when it sits fully loaded in the sun all day?

The vinyl liner and hardwood base absorb minimal solar heat, and with no motor or moving parts while stationary the truck produces no noise; only the rubber tyres may warm slightly in direct sunlight.
