Eight-pen assorted pack

The Rubbermaid 90199PP pack supplies eight uni-ball Vision Elite rollerball pens in assorted colours. Each pen uses pigment-based ink and a 0.8 mm bold point for strong line definition. The transparent barrel lets you monitor remaining ink at a glance.

Ink performance limits

Pigment-based ink is water resistant, fade proof and acid free, making it suitable for archival documents. The formulation is designed to be leak proof and airplane safe, so pressure changes during flight do not cause blotting. Ink flow remains consistent until the cartridge is empty.

Upgrade from basic rollers

This pack replaces standard ballpoints or low-cost rollerballs that skip, feather or fade over time. The indelible, document-proof ink is worth the step up when signatures, journals or records must stay legible for years. Buyers who need a single colour or a finer point should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 0.8 mm bold point or a finer size for everyday writing?

The 0.8 mm bold point lays down a wider line suited to signatures and headings; if you prefer narrower strokes for dense notes, a finer point would be better.

How does the 0.8 mm point perform on standard office paper?

The pigment-based ink resists feathering and bleed-through on typical copier paper while delivering a bold, consistent line.

Is the rollerball mechanism compatible with pressurised cabins during flights?

Yes, the pen is labelled airplane safe and leak proof, so it will not leak or skip due to cabin pressure changes.
