Rubbermaid Commercial 295600BK 7 gal Wastebasket Black

Space-efficient deskside wastebasket

The Rubbermaid Commercial 295600BK is a 7 gal rectangular wastebasket made from all-plastic construction that will not chip, rust or dent. It fits under standard desk height even when a swing top is fully extended. Rolled rims add strength and make the basket easy to clean without marring furniture or floors.

Durability under daily use

The all-plastic body resists chipping, rusting and denting through repeated handling and cleaning cycles. Rolled rims reinforce the top edge so the container keeps its shape when emptied or moved. The material cleans easily and does not transfer marks to floors or furniture during sustained placement.

Upgrading from smaller or metal bins

This wastebasket replaces smaller bins that overflow quickly or metal cans that dent, rust or scratch surfaces. The 7 gal capacity reduces emptying frequency while the space-efficient footprint still slides under a standard desk. The jump is worth it when you need a durable, low-maintenance container that protects floors and fits tight workspaces.
