Slim 11-inch profile fits tight spaces

The Rubbermaid Commercial 354007BE Slim Jim Recycling Container measures 11 inches wide and 30 inches high, allowing placement in narrow corridors or beside desks where wider bins cannot go. Its 23 gallon capacity handles high-volume recycling streams in offices, schools or breakrooms without frequent emptying.

Venting channels and cinches ease daily use

Four patent-pending liner cinches grip bags securely so they stay in place during filling and release quickly at change-out. Venting channels reduce vacuum suction when lifting full liners, lowering the force needed by cleaning staff. Molded-in handles and a base grip provide secure lifting points for transport to collection points.

Replaces bulky round bins in space-constrained areas

Facilities using standard cylindrical containers gain floor space and clearer recycling identification with the rectangular shape and universal symbol. The jump is worth it when aisle width is limited, bag changes are frequent, or outdoor exposure demands weather-resistant plastic that will not crack or fade.

Questions about this item

What does the 11-inch width mean for placement in tight areas?

The 11-inch width lets the 23 gal container fit in narrow corridors, between desks, or alongside equipment where wider bins cannot go.

What are the exact overall dimensions needed to confirm it fits my allocated floor space?

The container measures 30 inches high, 11 inches wide, and 22 inches deep; allow a few extra centimetres for the molded-in handles and base grip.

How do the four cinches work when installing a liner, and what is the common mistake to avoid?

Pull the liner over the rim, snap each of the four cinches onto the bag’s edge, then tug the liner taut; the mistake is leaving slack, which causes the bag to collapse into the venting channels.
