Cigarette Receptacle for Outdoor Areas

This free-standing unit collects cigarette waste in a one-gallon galvanised steel canister. The beige resin body resists weather and suits office entrances, hospitality venues, and designated smoking zones. A restricted opening hides litter from view while limiting oxygen flow to reduce smouldering risk.

Weather Resistance and Daily Servicing

Powder-coated steel and plastic construction withstand rain, wind, and temperature swings without rust or fading. The inner canister lifts out for quick emptying, so maintenance staff spend less time on each collection round. The broad base plate keeps the receptacle stable on pavement or decking even in gusty conditions.

Capacity Limits High-Volume Sites

The one-gallon volume handles moderate daily traffic but fills quickly at busy transport hubs or large event venues. Buyers who need continuous collection without frequent emptying should consider larger-capacity alternatives. The 11/16-inch openings accept standard cigarettes but exclude cigars or vaping devices.

Questions about this item

Does the 11/16 in. restricted opening limit airflow enough to reduce smouldering?

The narrow opening restricts oxygen flow, which helps suppress smouldering and keeps waste out of sight.

What surface must already be in place for the 12-1/4 in. base plate to stay stable?

A flat, level floor or pavement is needed so the steel base plate can sit evenly and resist tipping.

Will the beige resin finish match older beige metal bins already on site?

The beige resin coating is colour-matched to common office beige tones, so it blends with existing metal receptacles.
