Commercial cleaning handle

The Rubbermaid Commercial H14600GY is a 60-inch fiberglass and plastic mop handle built for professional janitorial work. Its thumbwheel clamp secures compatible mopheads firmly during use.

Suited for standard headband mops

This handle accepts only 1-inch headband mopheads, so it fits existing inventory that uses that attachment style. Buyers needing wider headbands or quick-release mechanisms should look at other systems.

Fits into cleaning carts and storage

The lightweight fiberglass shaft resists corrosion and cleans easily after each job. It frees up crew time by allowing fast mophead changes without tools or extra hardware.

Questions about this item

What size headband mophead do I need to fit the thumbwheel clamps on this H14600GY handle?

The handle clamps are designed for 1" headband mopheads only; other sizes will not lock securely.

Will the 60" fiberglass pole reach the same working height as my older wooden mop handles?

At 60" overall length the fiberglass pole matches the reach of standard commercial handles while remaining lighter and corrosion-resistant.

How can I confirm the thumbwheel is gripping the mophead correctly after I attach it?

Tighten the thumbwheel until the headband cannot rotate or slide; a firm, immobile fit means the clamp is engaged.
