Clamp-Style Mop Handle

This clamp-style mop handle enables quick mop changes with plastic jaws that firmly grip the mop head. The fiberglass handle measures 60 inches and is finished in yellow and blue. It is sold as a single unit for commercial cleaning tasks.

Thermals Noise and Power Draw

As a manual cleaning tool, this mop handle produces no heat, noise or power draw during use. Operation relies entirely on user effort without electrical or mechanical components.

Build Fit and Compatibility

The handle is designed for use with 5-inch wide headband mops only, so other mop types will not fit the clamp jaws. Its fiberglass construction keeps the handle light while the plastic jaws secure the head during cleaning.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the 5" wide headband mop to the clamp jaws on the H246BLU?

Slide the headband into the plastic jaws and press the clamp lever until it locks; the jaws grip the 5" band automatically.

Will the plastic clamp jaws on this 60" fiberglass handle need replacement over time?

The jaws are moulded into the clamp mechanism and are not designed as a separate replaceable part; if they crack the whole handle is replaced.

At what point does the fiberglass shaft flex noticeably during heavy wringing pressure?

The 60" fiberglass handle resists flex under normal wringing; excessive force can cause permanent bowing before the clamp slips.
