Square 50 gal capacity

The Rubbermaid Commercial RCP 3959 GRA is a square waste container with a 50 gallon capacity. Molded from durable, crack-resistant plastic in a neutral gray finish, it suits general waste collection in commercial indoor or outdoor settings. The open-top design allows for quick disposal without a lid mechanism.

Open-top practical limits

The open top provides unrestricted access but offers no odor containment or weather protection for the waste inside. Liners are secured by an integrated cinch that removes the need for knot tying, yet the container itself has no locking or closing feature. Magnetic connections allow multiple units to be arranged in rows or islands, but each receptacle remains an open vessel.

50 gallon volume decides fit

The single specification that determines suitability is the 50 gallon volume, which dictates how much waste the unit holds before emptying. At 34.25 inches high and 19.50 inches square, the footprint requires adequate floor space and clearance for the front access door. Buyers needing a smaller footprint or a lidded option for odor control should consider a different container.
