Quick spill response for busy areas

These Rubbermaid Commercial RCP 4252 YEL pads are designed for immediate use when liquid hits the floor. Each pad absorbs up to 16 oz of fluid while the bright yellow colour and printed caution symbols warn foot traffic in English and Spanish. The pack contains 22 melt-blown polypropylene sheets sized 16 by 18 inches for fast deployment in breakrooms, entrances or production zones.

Sustained wet-floor protection

Under continuous foot traffic the melt-blown polypropylene construction holds its shape and stays in place without tearing or bunching. The material keeps absorbing until it reaches the 16 oz per pad limit, so a single sheet can manage a steady drip or a larger spill without needing constant replacement. High-visibility printing remains legible even when the pad is saturated, maintaining the safety warning throughout the incident.

Single-use absorbent limit

Once a pad reaches its 16 oz capacity it must be removed and disposed of, as the material cannot be wrung out or reused. The 22-count pack provides a finite supply, so locations with frequent or high-volume spills will need to restock regularly. No adhesive backing or mounting system is included, so pads rely on gravity and friction to stay positioned on smooth floors.

Questions about this item

What surface or equipment is needed to deploy the RCP 4252 YEL pads?

Will the 20.00" size cover the same area as the older 16" x 18" pads we already stock?

The pads measure 16" wide by 18" long, so they match the footprint of your existing stock.
