2000 lb plastic-deck platform truck

The Rubbermaid FG440600BLA is a general-purpose platform truck with a solid plastic deck rated for a 2000 lb load capacity. A removable raised handle and flush lip design allow easy loading from any side. The powder-coated steel frame and powder-coated deck finish resist corrosion in yard and warehouse settings.

Check doorway width and floor condition

The overall width is 24 in and the overall length is 36 in, so verify that doorways and aisles accommodate these dimensions. The deck height sits at 9 1/4 in, which affects ramp transitions and threshold clearance. Ensure the floor surface can support the combined weight of the truck and maximum load without damage.

Removable handle and ribbed deck surface

The removable raised handle can be taken off to create a flat platform for oversized items or tight storage. The ribbed deck surface helps keep loads from sliding during transport. No side panels are included, so containment of loose materials must be provided separately.
