Utility Cart FG450088

The Rubbermaid FG450088 is a structural foam utility cart built for moving heavy loads across yards, workshops or warehouses. Two deep lipped shelves keep tools, supplies or debris contained while you work. Ergonomic handle and four casters provide stable steering on hard surfaces. Rated capacity reaches 500 lb for demanding transport tasks.

Replaces single-tier wheelbarrows

This cart replaces single-tier wheelbarrows or flat hand trucks when you need organised, two-level storage with 4-sided lips that prevent items from sliding off. The jump is worth it if you regularly carry mixed loads that benefit from separation and a 500 lb capacity. The 18 7/8 in gap between shelves accommodates taller containers without tipping.

Check floor and doorway clearance

Verify that 5 in thermoplastic rubber casters roll smoothly over your floor type and that 31 1/4 in shelf length fits through doorways and aisles. Ensure the 33 1/4 in handle height suits the operator for comfortable pushing. No brakes are fitted, so assess whether uncontrolled movement on slopes is acceptable for your environment.
