25 gal Black Steel Round Trash Can

The Rubbermaid FGS3ETBKPL is a 25 gallon round waste receptacle with an open top and a black powder-coated steel body. A rigid plastic liner is included to contain liquids and protect the surrounding area. The perforated design provides a modern appearance suitable for indoor or outdoor use. It stands 35 inches tall with an 18 inch diameter.

Suits high-traffic areas needing fire-safe steel

This can serves offices, breakrooms, parks and building entrances where a durable, leak-proof container is required. The stationary, free-standing design works well in permanent locations. Buyers who need a lid to contain odours or prevent rain entry should look at a different model. It also does not suit spaces requiring a smaller footprint or a lighter plastic-only construction.

Simple placement with no assembly required

The unit arrives as a single piece with the liner nested inside the steel shell. Position it on a level surface and it is ready for use. The open top eliminates lid alignment issues but offers no closure for windy outdoor sites. Ensure the 18 inch diameter fits the intended floor space before ordering.

Questions about this item

Does the 25 gal steel can ship with the rigid plastic liner already installed or must I fit it myself?

The leak-proof rigid plastic liner is included; it sits inside the perforated steel shell so you simply place it in before first use.

Will the 18 in diameter black powder-coated steel shell sit stably on an uneven patio alongside my older concrete bins?

The free-standing round base and heavy-gauge steel construction keep it steady on flat surfaces; on uneven ground you may need to shim the base for full stability.

How can I verify the UV protectant coating is intact after the can has been outdoors for a season?

Check that the black powder-coated finish shows no chalking, fading or rust spots — the UV protectant should keep the surface uniform and corrosion-free.
