50-gallon square recycling container

The Rubbermaid Brute rollout container provides a 50 gal capacity for high-volume recycling collection. Its square footprint suits central gathering points where multiple stations feed a single bin. The blue colour supports standard recycling identification programmes.

Heavy-duty wheels and crack-resistant plastic

Heavy-duty wheels allow the container to be moved easily across rough surfaces when full. Crack-resistant plastic construction withstands extreme weather conditions without splitting. A hinged lid keeps contents contained while allowing quick access during busy periods.

Practical limits of a single-stream bin

The 50 gal volume suits heavy throughput but requires sufficient floor space for the square base. Wheeled mobility helps relocation yet the container must still be manoeuvred through doorways and corridors. Single-stream recycling programmes benefit most; sites needing separated streams will require additional containers.
