High-Gloss Epoxy Floor Coating

This solvent-based epoxy coating provides a durable high-gloss finish in a Dunes Tan colour. It is designed for interior and exterior concrete surfaces such as garage floors, warehouses and parking areas. The product is USDA acceptable and meets VOC requirements of less than 100g/L.

Coverage And Recoat Windows

One gallon covers between 100 and 300 square feet depending on surface porosity and application thickness. Light traffic is possible after 10 hours, while a full cure for heavy use requires 48 to 72 hours. A recoat window of 10 to 24 hours allows multi-coat builds without mechanical abrasion.

Application Temperature And Activator

The coating must be applied between 60 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit using a roller. It requires the 6500 epoxy floor coating activator to cure properly; without this specific activator the resin will not cross-link. California Proposition 65 warnings apply for cancer and reproductive harm.
