72.2 mm Treble Voice Coil Reel

This 72.2 mm titanium treble voice coil reel is built for compression-driver tweeters in home-theatre and professional audio systems. Its KSV bobbin and CCAW winding deliver clear, noise-free output with low power consumption. The imported film construction yields higher sound pressure than resin alternatives. It suits technicians and DIY builders who need a lightweight, ready-to-install diaphragm assembly.

91 mm Titanium Diaphragm Headroom

The 91 mm titanium diaphragm, 13.5 mm high and 0.05 mm thick, handles treble frequencies with high sound-pressure capability and minimal distortion. The 6 ohm nominal impedance matches standard crossover networks for smooth integration. It runs out of headroom when pushed beyond its thermal and mechanical limits in high-SPL professional reinforcement, where larger-format diaphragms are required.

103 mm Total Diameter Fit Constraint

At 103 mm total diameter the reel fits compression drivers designed for this frame size; it will not mount in drivers with smaller throat openings or different bolt patterns. The 72.2 mm (2.02 in) coil diameter fixes the magnetic-gap geometry, so the part cannot be adapted to voice-coil bores that deviate from this specification. Installers must verify driver compatibility before purchase.
