Car MP3 player with Bluetooth 5.0
This unit is a Bluetooth 5.0 MP3 and WMA decoder board designed for 12 V vehicle installations. It adds wireless audio streaming, FM radio and USB or TF card playback to a car without factory infotainment. A supplied remote control and optional external touch keys give the driver hands-free call handling and track navigation.
Bluetooth 5.0 range and codec limits
Bluetooth 5.0 provides the wireless link for audio and calls, but the board only decodes MP3, WAV and WMA files up to 320 kbps for MP3 and 1411 kbps for WAV or WMA. Higher-bitrate or lossless formats such as FLAC or AAC are not supported, so source files must be converted before loading them onto a USB stick or TF card.
Storage and power headroom
External flash memory via USB or TF card supplies the media library; there is no internal storage. The signal-to-noise ratio is 89 dB, which is adequate for cabin listening but offers limited dynamic range for critical audio evaluation. Operation requires a constant 12 V external supply and the unit has no battery, so it cannot function when the vehicle ignition is off.

Questions about this item
Should I choose the USB, SD card or Bluetooth 5.0 input for my music library?
The decoder board switches automatically between USB, SD card and Bluetooth 5.0 sources, so you can use whichever is most convenient at the time.
What does the 89 dB signal-to-noise ratio mean for in-car listening?
An 89 dB signal-to-noise ratio keeps background hiss low enough that music and calls stay clear even at motorway volume levels.
How does Bluetooth 5.0 limit the audio bitrate I can stream?
Bluetooth 5.0 handles the wireless link, while the board itself plays MP3 up to 320 kbps and WAV or WMA up to 1411 kbps from local storage.
