Replacement remote for TCL models

This remote control replaces the original RC802V unit for TCL 65P8S and 49S6800FS televisions. It uses infrared communication at 433 MHz with a single channel and requires no pairing or programming. The handset is moulded from black ABS plastic measuring 155 by 38 by 15 millimetres and weighs very little in the hand. Two AAA batteries are needed but are not supplied in the package.

Suits owners needing a direct swap

Buyers who have lost or damaged the factory remote for the listed TCL sets will find this a ready-to-use substitute. It provides full button access for standard smart-TV functions including voice search where the original supported it. Households that rely on Bluetooth or Wi-Fi app control, or that need a universal remote for multiple brands, should look at a different solution because this unit is infrared only and dedicated to the specified models.

Infrared-only operation decides fit

The single decisive specification is the 433 MHz infrared link; the television must accept that exact protocol for the remote to function. No Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or RF fallback is present, so compatibility is limited to the models named in the data. If your TCL set uses a different remote code set or expects a paired Bluetooth handset, this part will not control it.
