Genuine 140W AC Adapter for LG QHD Monitors

This genuine LCAP31 power adapter delivers 19V at 7.37A for compatible LG QHD and ultra-wide monitors. It replaces part numbers LCAP31, ADS-150KL-19N-3 and several LG OEM codes for models including 27UD68-W, 34UM94, 34UM95 and 34UC99.

Included 6.5×4.4mm Plug and Detachable Power Cord

The package supplies the adapter unit and a mains lead so the unit is ready to use. The centre-pin barrel connector matches the 6.5mm by 4.4mm input on the listed monitors and the cord accepts 100-240V 50-60Hz input for worldwide voltage compatibility.

Straightforward Swap with Correct Polarity

Installation is a direct plug-in replacement; connect the barrel to the monitor and the cord to a wall outlet. The main risk is using an adapter with the wrong voltage, current or plug polarity, so verify the 19V 7.37A rating and centre-positive pin before connecting.

Questions about this item

Does the 6.5*4.4mm centre-pin connector wear out and need replacement?

The barrel plug is a standard 6.5 mm outer diameter with a 4.4 mm inner pin; it is a passive connector and does not degrade under normal insertion cycles.

What limits continuous operation of the 140W output first?

The adapter is rated for 19 V at 7.37 A continuously; sustained loads at or near 140 W are within its thermal design, so the monitor’s own power draw is the practical limit.

How much heat or noise does the 19V 7.37A unit produce when powering a 34-inch monitor all day?

It is a fan-less sealed supply running from 100-240 V 50-60 Hz; typical operation is silent and warm to the touch, well within CE safety limits for continuous use.
