Welding Cylinder Truck 200 lb Capacity

The Saf-T-Cart 810-6 transports two gas cylinders on a steel frame rated for 200 lb. Rounded-back construction and a continuous flow-back handle give the operator stable leverage across workshop floors or outdoor job sites.

Semipneumatic Rubber Wheels on Axle-Mounted

Two 6-inch semipneumatic rubber wheels absorb vibration without pneumatic maintenance. The axle-mounted layout fixes wheel alignment, so the cart tracks straight under full load but cannot swivel for tight-corner manoeuvres.

Replaces Single-Cylinder Dollies

Moving paired cylinders eliminates repeat trips and reduces manual lifting strain. The Perma Clamp secures both bottles without tools, yet the unit lacks a firewall, foot assist, lever pushoff or lift ring, so it suits open-area transport rather than confined-space or hoisting workflows.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 200 lb capacity model for standard welding cylinders?

The 810-6 is rated at 200 lb and holds two cylinders, so it matches typical welding gas bottles without exceeding the load limit.

How does the 200 lb rating hold up when the cart is fully loaded and moving across a shop floor?

Two 6 in semipneumatic rubber wheels on an axle-mounted frame absorb vibration and keep the 200 lb load stable on concrete or uneven surfaces.

What does the axle-mounted wheel configuration mean for maneuverability in tight aisles?

The fixed 6 in axle-mounted wheels give straight-line tracking and a 22 in overall width, letting the cart pass through standard doorways while supporting the full 200 lb capacity.
