Versatile desk organiser

The Safco 2162BL is a heavy-duty mesh tub designed for letter-size documents. It works as a project filer, mail tote or personal recycle bin. Integrated handles allow easy carrying between workstations. A built-in label holder supports clear identification.

Replaces loose trays and piles

This tub consolidates scattered paperwork into one collapsible container. The jump is worth it when you need a single, portable unit that folds flat for storage. It suits users who move files daily and want a sturdier alternative to cardboard boxes.

Check letter-size fit and label supply

Verify that your documents match the 12.5-inch letter format before ordering. Labels for the holder are sold separately, so plan to source them. The tub collapses for storage, so ensure you have space to keep it flat when not in use.

Questions about this item

Will the 12.5" width fit on my standard letter-size shelf?

The tub measures 12.5 inches wide and is designed for letter-format files, so it aligns with standard letter shelving.

How do I assemble the Safco 2162BL tub, and what step is commonly missed?

Unfold the mesh sides until they lock, then press the base panel down until it clicks; the step often missed is fully seating the base panel so the handles stay aligned.

What part will need replacement first on the 2162BL?

The adhesive label holder on the front is the item most likely to wear out; replacement label holders are available separately.
