Five-Tier Steel Desk Tray Sorter

The Safco 3127BL is a black powder-coated steel organizer that stacks five letter-size compartments vertically. It is built for office workers and home-desk users who need to keep active paperwork visible and separated without spreading across the work surface. Rubber feet protect the desk finish while the unit stays in place.

Five Letter-Size Compartments

Five slanted trays with finger cutouts hold standard letter documents, file folders and project stacks in a 12 by 9.5 inch footprint. The open-front design lets you grab the top item from any tier without removing the tray above. Capacity ends when paper volume exceeds the fixed shelf spacing or when oversize binders no longer fit the letter-width openings.

Steel Construction and GREENGUARD Finish

Welded steel with a fingerprint-resistant black powder coat meets GREENGUARD emissions standards for indoor air quality. The sloped shelves and cutout fronts allow one-handed retrieval while the rigid frame resists bowing under full loads. Integrated rubber feet prevent sliding on smooth surfaces and eliminate the need for separate desk pads or adhesives.

Questions about this item

Will the 12" wide trays fit letter-size folders I already use?

Yes, the five compartments are sized for letter-size documents and folders, so your existing letter-size files will fit the 12" width.

How can I confirm the sorter sits level and won't slide on my desk?

Rubber feet are included on the base; after placement, press down gently — if the unit stays put and the steel frame feels stable, it is working as intended.

Does the package include mounting hardware or do I need to buy anything extra?

The box contains the fully assembled 5-tier steel sorter with rubber feet already attached; no additional hardware or separate purchases are required.
