Under-desk hanging organizer

The Safco Products 3243BL attaches beneath a work surface with included hardware. Its steel mesh construction and solid top hang flush with the desktop. The unit moves with the surface, suiting sit-stand workstations. Three compartments hold paperwork, folders, pens and accessories.

Users wanting desk-top clearance

Workers who prefer a completely empty desktop gain storage without sacrificing surface area. The compact footprint leaves more usable space than traditional desktop caddies. Buyers needing enclosed drawers or lockable compartments should consider a different storage style.

Three-compartment layout

The organizer provides exactly three open sections for sorting documents and supplies. This fixed arrangement determines how much paperwork and how many accessories fit within the 14 by 11 inch steel frame. Buyers requiring a different number of sections will need an alternative model.

Questions about this item

What width work surface will the 14 3/4" organizer fit under?

The organizer measures 14 3/4 inches wide and attaches directly beneath a work surface, so the desk or table must provide at least that much clear horizontal space for mounting.

How is the hanging organizer secured to the desk?

Included hardware is used to mount the unit flush against the underside of the desktop; the step often missed is ensuring the solid top sits tight against the surface so the organizer moves with a sit-to-stand desk.

Will the steel mesh finish need any upkeep over time?

The black powder-coat finish is scratch resistant and requires no special maintenance beyond occasional dusting or wiping with a damp cloth to keep the mesh compartments clean.
