Five-Section Mesh Desk Organizer

The Safco 3256BL is a steel mesh desk organizer finished in black powder coat. It provides five vertical compartments each measuring 2 inches wide for storing letter-to-legal file folders and binders. The open mesh design keeps contents visible while the steel frame resists daily wear. Sold as a single unit for immediate desktop use.

Suits Tidy Desk Setups

Workers who need quick top or side access to active project files will find the five sections practical. The letter-to-legal capacity handles standard paperwork without folding. Buyers who want more storage than five bays provide, or who require drawers or a lid for dust protection, should look at something else.

Simple Desktop Placement

No assembly is required; the organizer sits directly on any flat surface. The powder coat finish resists scratches during moves. What usually goes wrong is overloading a single section, which can tip the lightweight frame forward. Distribute folders evenly across all five bays to keep it stable.

Questions about this item

What desk space does the 12 1/2 x 11 1/4 x 8 1/4 organiser need to sit flat?

Allow a footprint of 12 1/2 inches wide by 11 1/4 inches deep on a level surface so the five vertical sections stand upright without overhang.

Will letter and legal folders fit together in the same 2-inch compartments?

Yes, each 2-inch section accepts both letter and legal sizes, so you can mix folder widths without needing a second tray.

How do I confirm the powder-coat finish is intact after unpacking?

Run a fingertip along the steel mesh edges; the surface should feel smooth, show a uniform black colour and have no exposed metal or flaking.
