Steel mesh desktop file organiser

The Safco 3259BL is a steel mesh desktop hanging file with a black powder-coat finish. It holds letter-size folders in an enclosed frame and adds three upright compartments for folders or small binders. The unit arrives fully assembled and ready to place on any flat surface.

Best for letter-size paperwork on the desk

Workers who need quick access to active letter-size files and a few slim binders will find the three compartments useful. Anyone requiring legal-size capacity, lockable drawers or a closed cabinet should look at other storage types.

Three upright compartments define capacity

The organiser provides three 2-inch wide upright sections alongside the hanging file frame. That fixed compartment count determines how many active folders and binders can sit upright at once.

Questions about this item

How much desktop space does the 19 3/8 inch width actually take up?

The organiser spans the full 19 3/8 inch width and 11 3/8 inch depth, so it occupies that exact rectangular footprint on the desk surface.

Does the hanging file frame use a standard letter-size rail system?

The enclosed frame is built for letter-size hanging folders and follows the common side-rail spacing used for that format.

What clearance is needed above the three upright compartments for binders?

Each compartment is 2 inches wide and open at the top, so binder height is limited only by the shelf or ceiling above the unit.
