Desktop organiser for letter-size documents

The Safco 3271BU Onyx Mesh desktop organiser provides three interlocking trays that hold letter-size papers and folders. Steel mesh construction with a blue powder-coat finish keeps the unit rigid on a desk. It ships fully assembled so it is ready to use immediately.

Passive steel mesh construction

The all-steel mesh design has no moving parts, fans or power requirements, so it adds no noise or heat to the workspace. The powder-coat finish resists scratches and corrosion during daily handling. Interlocking pins keep the trays aligned without tools.

Ready-to-use stacking system

Three trays lock together with pins to create a single vertical stack that organises active projects, reference material and incoming mail. The open mesh lets users see contents at a glance without removing trays. No software or accessories are included or required.

Questions about this item

How do the three trays lock together during setup?

Align the corner holes on each tray, then insert the supplied pins through all three levels so the stack cannot shift when loaded.

What part of the blue powder-coat finish needs the most care over time?

Wipe the mesh with a dry cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners that can wear the coating and expose the steel to moisture.

At what paper load do the lower trays start to bow?

The steel mesh supports standard letter-size stacks, but filling all three trays to capacity can flex the bottom tray noticeably.
