Extended-Height Task Chair

The Safco Vue 3395BV is an extended-height task chair with a vinyl-upholstered seat and a mesh backrest. Its pneumatic lift adjusts the seat from 23inch to 33inch, and the overall height reaches 49.5inch. A built-in footring supports the user at taller work surfaces. The chair meets ANSI BIFMA and CAL117 standards and carries a lifetime limited warranty.

Suited for raised workstations

This chair suits users at standing-height desks, lab benches or counters who need a stable seat with a footring. The vinyl, nylon and polyester seat wipes clean easily. Buyers who need a standard desk-height chair without a footring or a fully upholstered back should look at other models.

49.5inch overall height

The overall height of 49.5inch is the single specification that decides whether this chair fits the intended work surface. Confirm the measurement against the counter or table height before ordering.

Questions about this item

What is the footprint of the 3395BV base and casters for floor-space planning?

The chair ships with a five-caster base assembly; the seat itself measures 18 inches wide by 17.5 inches deep, so allow at least that much clear floor area plus caster swing room.

Which assembly step do installers most often skip on the 3395BV extended-height chair?

Many people forget to slide the footring onto the gas-lift cylinder before inserting the cylinder into the base, then have to disassemble the chair to add it.

How often should the 3395BV casters be inspected or replaced under normal office use?

Check the five casters every six months for debris, flat spots or wobble; replace any that no longer roll smoothly to maintain the 113.40 kg load rating.
