Big & Tall All-Mesh Task Chair

The Safco 3505BL is a high-back office chair built for larger users who need reliable support during long work sessions. Its suspension mesh on both the back and seat cushions promotes airflow to reduce heat buildup. Adjustable lumbar support allows personalised lower-back positioning. Heavy-duty casters provide smooth movement across conference-room floors.

Sustained comfort under load

The mesh suspension distributes weight evenly across the seat and back, preventing the pressure points that develop with foam padding over extended periods. Adjustable lumbar support maintains consistent spinal alignment as posture shifts throughout the day. A maximum load capacity of 450 lbs confirms the frame and base retain structural integrity under continuous heavy use. Chrome-finished metal base resists flex during daily movement.

450 lb maximum load capacity

This single rating determines whether the chair suits the intended user, as it covers both static weight and dynamic forces from sitting down or shifting position. Buyers who need a higher rated capacity must select a different model. The 29.3 by 29.8 inch footprint fits standard conference-room spacing without dominating the area. First listed by the manufacturer in 2020.

Questions about this item

Does the all-mesh suspension seat and back stay cool during a full workday?

The suspension mesh on both seat and back cushions is designed for extra breathability, so air circulates continuously while you sit.

What tools or parts are needed before the 3505BL can be used?

The chair ships as a single unit; only basic hand tools such as an Allen key are typically required for final assembly of the base and casters.

Will the chrome metal base and heavy-duty casters roll safely on the same carpet I use with my older desk?

The heavy-duty casters are built for smooth movement on multiple floor types, including low-pile carpet commonly found in conference rooms.
