Lightweight Aluminum Cart for Mobile Professionals

The Safco 4049 Stow & Go Cart uses a lightweight aluminum frame that suits sales staff, travelers and small offices. Its collapsible design allows the unit to fit into tight spaces for compact storage. The cart ships fully assembled and ready for immediate use.

Steady Transport Up to Rated Capacity

The hand truck holds up to 110 lb during sustained movement across floors. Solid rubber retractable wheels measuring 5 inches in diameter provide consistent rolling resistance under continuous load. The telescoping handle and fold-up toe plate remain stable throughout extended operation.

110 lb Capacity Defines the Use Case

A maximum load rating of 110 lb determines whether this cart matches the intended workload. Buyers who need to move heavier items will require equipment with a higher weight limit. The 16.3 inch width and 39.5 inch height set the physical footprint for storage planning.

Questions about this item

Does the 5" solid rubber wheel design make the 110 lb cart noisy or hot when used all day?

The 5" solid rubber wheels run quietly on office floors and generate no heat, so the 110 lb cart stays silent and cool during extended use.

What must I already own for the 15-1/2" wide fold-up toe plate to be useful?

You only need items that fit the 15-1/2" x 11" toe plate and weigh under 110 lb; no extra tools or accessories are required.

Will the 16.3" width cart fit through the same doorways as my older 16" hand truck?

At 16.3" wide it clears standard doorways just like a 16" model, and the telescoping handle folds down to 25" depth for tight storage.
