Steel Suggestion Box

The Safco 4232BL is a secure steel drop box designed for offices, reception areas and shared workspaces that need a tamper-resistant way to collect suggestions, comments or keys. Its locking top keeps contents confidential until an authorised person retrieves them.

Desk or wall placement

The compact unit sits on a flat surface or can be mounted to a wall, leaving desk space free for other tasks. Built-in pockets hold comment cards, pens and small supplies so users have everything they need at the drop point without extra organisers.

Adhesive label set

Four stick-on labels — Suggestions, Comments, Key Drop and Express Check Out — let you designate the box for a specific purpose in seconds. The 1" diameter key slot accepts standard keys while preventing unauthorised retrieval.

Questions about this item

How many suggestion boxes can I stack before the bottom one deforms?

The steel construction with locking top is designed for single-unit desktop or wall mounting; stacking multiple boxes is not tested by the manufacturer.

Does the lock mechanism generate audible clicks or heat during continuous daily use?

The key-operated lock is a passive mechanical cylinder with no electronic parts, so it produces no heat and only a brief click when turned.

What mounting hardware must I already have to install this box on a wall?

The unit includes pre-drilled mounting holes; you supply screws and anchors appropriate for your wall material.
