Compact underdesk stand for small printers

The Safco 5206BL provides a 19 in by 16 in laminated surface with a steel wire shelf beneath. Four swivel casters, two of which lock, let the unit move easily and stay put when needed. It suits home offices or tight workspaces that need a dedicated spot for a fax or compact printer.

Weight capacity caps the hardware you can place

The stand is rated for 100 lb total load across the top and shelf. Heavier multifunction copiers or stacked paper trays will exceed this limit. Buyers who need to support larger floor-standing devices should look for a higher-rated cabinet instead.

Single laminated shelf with open sides

Only one wire shelf is included, offering no enclosed storage for supplies or paper. The open design keeps airflow around equipment but leaves cables and consumables visible. Users wanting drawers, doors or multiple adjustable shelves will need a different configuration.

Questions about this item

Does the 19-inch-wide stand fit my printer, or should I choose a different size?

The stand measures 19 in wide by 16 in deep with one shelf, so compare those dimensions with your printer's footprint before deciding.

What does the 100 lb weight capacity mean when the stand is loaded and moved?

It supports up to 100 lb evenly distributed on the shelf; the four swivel casters (two locking) let you roll it into position and lock it there.

Are the casters a standard office type, and do they limit how the stand can be used?

Four swivel casters, two with brakes, are built into the steel frame; they roll on hard floors and low-pile carpet and lock to keep the stand stationary.
