Memory Foam Lumbar Backrest

The Safco 7154BL is a memory-foam lumbar backrest built for office workers who sit for long periods. Its foam core moulds to the lower back to maintain natural spinal curvature. Adjustable straps secure the pad to virtually any chair without tools. The black fabric cover wipes clean for daily hygiene.

Who benefits and who does not

Desk-based staff who need targeted lumbar relief will find the contoured foam supportive. Users who prefer a full-height backrest or built-in heating and massage functions should look at other products. The compact profile also makes it unsuitable for anyone needing upper-thoracic support.

Adjustable straps and wipe-clean cover

The straps let you reposition the backrest instantly when you switch chairs or share a workstation. Because the cover resists moisture, spills and dust can be removed with a damp cloth, keeping the foam fresh without special cleaners. No additional hardware or software is included.

Questions about this item

What type of chair is required for the adjustable strap on the Safco 7154BL to fit securely?

The adjustable strap is designed to fit any standard office or task chair, wrapping around the backrest frame for a secure hold.

Will the 14-1/2 inch width of the Safco 7154BL align with the backrest of a typical executive chair?

At 14-1/2 inches wide, the lumbar roll spans the central support zone of most executive and ergonomic chair backs.

How can I confirm the memory foam in the Safco 7154BL is conforming correctly after I attach it?

When seated, the foam should compress evenly against your lower back curve without gaps, and the strap tension should keep the roll from shifting.
