The Safco 9476BL is a square waste receptacle designed for high-traffic indoor or outdoor areas. Its 38-gallon capacity handles significant refuse volume while fluted side panels provide a textured black finish that suits professional entryways and breakrooms.

Facilities Needing Weather-Resistant Collection

This unit suits facility managers who want a durable polyethylene bin with concealed bag retention for a clean appearance. Buyers who need a smaller footprint, a different opening style, or a metal construction should look at something else.

38-Gallon Capacity with Standard Bag Fit

The receptacle comfortably handles daily waste streams in lobbies, parks or campuses using standard 32 x 44 inch bags secured by a telescoping base and ribbed sides. Four side openings measuring 13 x 6 inches allow easy public access, though very bulky items may not fit through the apertures.

Questions about this item

Does the receptacle need a separate liner or bag to function?

Yes, it uses standard 32" x 44" trash bags for its 38-gallon capacity; the telescoping base hides the bag and ribbed sides hold it in place.

Can I anchor this unit to an existing concrete pad?

The receptacle is easily adaptable for anchoring or weighting devices, so it can be secured to a concrete pad with appropriate hardware.

How can I verify the side openings are the correct size after assembly?

Each side opening measures 13" wide x 6" high, so measure the four apertures to confirm they match those dimensions.
