Kid-safe listening for young fans

These over-ear headphones are built for children aged three to nine and carry a L.O.L. Surprise! theme. A built-in volume limiter keeps output at a level suited to developing ears. The circumaural cups sit around the ear rather than on it, and the wired 3.5 mm stereo jack works with tablets, laptops and phones without pairing or batteries.

Lightweight frame with a fixed cable

The headset weighs .4 pounds and measures 2.25 by 5.75 by 9.50 inches, so it fits small heads without feeling heavy. Because the connection is a standard 3.5 mm plug, there is no wireless drop-out, no charging routine and no latency. The cable is permanently attached, so a damaged lead means replacing the whole unit.

Check the jack and the fit before ordering

Verify that the target device has a 3.5 mm headphone socket; many newer phones and tablets omit it and would need an adapter. The headband is not described as adjustable in the data, so confirm the intended wearer can tolerate a fixed-size circumaural fit. No microphone or inline remote is mentioned, so the set is listen-only.
