What this pack provides

These 50 red snagless boots protect RJ45 connectors during frequent patching in data centres, offices and home labs. The moulded latch guard stops the tab from catching on adjacent cables so technicians can insert and remove plugs without breaking the lock.

Build integration

Each boot slides over a standard RJ45 plug before crimping, adding strain relief and colour coding for quick circuit identification. The snagless profile keeps high-density panels tidy and frees up space that bulky traditional boots would occupy.

Durability under load

The flexible PVC shell resists cracking when cables are repeatedly routed through tight cable managers or floor grommets. Latch tabs stay intact through hundreds of mating cycles, maintaining a secure click even after prolonged vibration in rack environments.

Questions about this item

What is the first limit when crimping many cables with these 50 snagless boots?

The 50-pack quantity sets the limit; each boot is used once per connector, so 50 cables can be terminated before another pack is needed.

Do the red snagless boots add noticeable heat or noise during all-day network operation?

No, the boots are passive plastic covers that add no heat, noise or power draw to the link.

Which cable type must I already have for these RJ45 boots to fit?

They fit standard RJ45 modular plugs used on Cat5e, Cat6 or Cat6a patch cables.
