Universal fit for pet cans

These stretchable silicone covers fit can diameters from 2.56 inch to 4 inch, matching standard 3 ounce, 5.5 ounce and 12 ounce pet food cans. The soft material grips the rim tightly to create an airtight seal that keeps food fresh and blocks fridge odours. A pack contains six blue lids for daily rotation.

Practical limits of the seal

The silicone stays flexible in the freezer, resists heat in the microwave and survives repeated dishwasher cycles without cracking or warping. Each lid measures 4.5974 cm by 9.2964 cm by 12.2936 cm, so very tall or oddly shaped cans may not sit flush. The paw-shaped tab aids removal but adds a small profile on top.

Airtight grip decides fit

The seal relies entirely on the stretch of 100 percent premium silicone gripping the can rim, so cans outside the 2.56 to 4 inch range will leak air. Buyers who need to cover larger stock pots or non-standard jars cannot use these lids.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the single cover or the 6-pack for my three cats?

The 6-pack gives you six identical lids so every open can in the fridge can be sealed at once; the single unit only covers one can at a time.

Will the 2.56 to 4 inch stretch range actually seal my 5.5 ounce cat food cans?

Yes, the silicone stretches to grip rims from 2.56 up to 4 inches, which matches the standard diameter of 3 oz, 5.5 oz and 12 oz pet food cans.

Are these lids limited to fridge use or can they handle microwave and freezer temperatures?

The food-grade silicone is rated dishwasher safe, microwave safe and freezer safe, so you can reheat or freeze portions without removing the cover.
