Sturdy grocery bags for high-traffic use

These 12# brown paper bags come in a 500-count pack and are built for busy grocery stores and similar environments. Gusseted sides add volume while self-opening thumb notches speed up packing at the checkout.

Compostable material with recycled content

The bags carry Cedar Grove Composting approval and contain 40% post-consumer recycled content. Wood fibre is sourced from a certified managed forest, so the product breaks down in commercial composting facilities without special handling.

Flat storage and quick deployment

Supplied flat, the bags stack neatly on a shelf or under a counter and open instantly with the thumb notch. No handles mean a simple, low-profile silhouette that slides into bagging stations and reduces clutter during peak hours.

Questions about this item

How do I open the bag and what is the common mistake?

Use the self-opening thumb notches to pop the gusseted sides open; the mistake is pulling only the top edge, which tears the paper.

When will these bags need to be replaced in a high-traffic store?

Each pack contains 500 bags; replacement timing depends on daily volume, but the count is fixed per case.

What is the first limitation when the bags are loaded heavily for extended periods?

The 12# weight rating is the structural limit; exceeding it risks bottom failure during sustained carries.
