128 GB DDR4 registered server kit (4 × 32 GB) at 2666 MHz CL19 for HP ProLiant Gen10 models
This kit provides 128GB of DDR4 memory across four 32GB registered DIMMs. Each module runs at 2666MHz with a CAS latency of 19 and uses the 288-pin RDIMM form factor. It is designed specifically for HP ProLiant Gen10 server platforms.
The memory is validated for DL360 Gen10, DL380 Gen10, DL160 Gen10, DL120 Gen10, ML350 Gen10 and ML150 Gen10 servers. Builders working with other server generations, desktop platforms or systems that require unbuffered DIMMs should look elsewhere.
The modules are registered DDR4 RDIMMs operating at PC4-21300 speed with a CAS latency of 19. Systems that need unbuffered memory or a different latency profile will not be compatible with this kit.
Measured against everything we stock in Model-Specific Memory Upgrades, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

This registered memory kit is validated for HP ProLiant DL360 Gen10, DL380 Gen10, DL160 Gen10, DL120 Gen10, ML350 Gen10 and ML150 Gen10 servers.
Mixing is possible if the existing modules are also registered DDR4 RDIMMs; the system will operate at the lowest common speed and latency across all populated slots.
Check the server BIOS or iLO interface — it will report each DIMM as 32GB registered DDR4 at 2666MT/s with CAS latency 19.
