Samsung 2 Amp Wall Charger

The Samsung ETA-U90JWE is an original OEM AC adapter rated at 2 amps. It ships with a detachable USB to micro USB cable and is intended for owners of the listed Samsung Galaxy handsets who need a replacement or spare mains charger.

Output capacity and headroom

The 2 amp output recharges compatible phones at a faster rate than typical 1 amp or 700mAh chargers. It comfortably handles the Galaxy S 3, S 3 mini, S 2, S 6, S6 edge, Note 2 and E5, but will not supply higher current demanded by newer fast-charge standards.

Thermals noise and power draw

As a compact wall adapter it runs silently with no moving parts. Normal operation produces only modest warmth while delivering up to 90 300 milliamps of charging current. There is no fan noise and idle draw is negligible when the cable is disconnected.
